Most people who want to lead their life are well aware that they need some time for themselves on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. They have time for themselves, to do the things they love to do, to relax their minds is very important on such days, sometimes we find it necessary to let ourselves relax our mind or body and to relax the energy which is produced by all the actions, which takes place during one’s life on these two weeks. 

This is an important thing which can help you to improve your health and it will be good for your brain. However, some people like us need more than just rest and relaxation, because in this case you need to work out every little thing you could to make yourself better and you need to look at everything from different perspectives. For this reason, you need to think on your feet, before making any plans, sometimes you should also take care of what kind of decisions you are going to make, but of course, try to avoid as many types of negative thinking as possible. 

Here, I tell you some tips if you like to develop your thinking skills which will help you to become a great thinker, to become a positive person, and make yourself confident in your thoughts and in your life. You should not only use your emotions to make decisions, but should use your inner thinking skills, and you should know when you are wrong to recognize and change your ways to get out of those negative situations of self-doubt, self-blame, and self-criticism. 

1. How to Do Morning Routines:


The morning routine is a ritual to help you get up and to get going. It is very important, so don’t be afraid to start with your own routine and to do what makes you happy. If someone told you to do it, he/she will try to do it! 

The most important thing is to focus on your routines and on taking care of them because once you achieve this, it means you are working really hard on your habits and you are giving yourself some extra effort to make yourself really a great person and to be useful to each other. Just start with a simple routine and go on until you can achieve your goal and work towards increasing your routine. Another piece of advice would be to have a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere in the room where you would be sleeping and you only work on your bed. 

The most important part for me in the mornings I always turn up to watch comedy movies and play my guitar on YouTube. These activities help me to relax a bit and to stay positive when all the circumstances change!

2. How to Write Well:



First of all, you need to write about the situations that you are trying to get rid of and about your goals and desires. Then you should talk about why are you going to write about it and why should you write about it? Because writing about the events of your life and putting into words the feelings that you feel and the things you want to say to other people in the world will give you pleasure and it will help you to gain confidence in yourself and to build trust with others. When you write there is no better feeling than when you see how nice your thoughts and words are because when you have written clearly these are going to convey your real message and your feelings. Therefore, you should consider writing on the web or by using free apps. And it is always good practice. 

Finally, don’t let negative comments ruin your mood either in public or over the internet. Sometimes you will find yourself thinking about the criticism that will come, but it doesn’t mean it will ruin your mood. Use positive feedback. Positive feedback is good enough for our physical health and it can be used as a weapon against stress and bad moods. As a rule of thumb, never allow negative feedback. In fact, it will make you believe that what you are saying is true or false. In this case, try to accept negative feedback and move on. 

Keep your eyes open on everything and analyze everything, because the more you study and analyze everything without judgment the more chances you will get to learn in the future.

3. How To Stay Motivated:



If there is one thing that you cannot accomplish alone, I think that is to motivate yourself to keep going and to go on doing what you love to do. Motivation is very important, when you are motivated you will definitely succeed in everything that you want to do. If you are very motivated you will find yourself in life a lot harder than you want to. What I mean here is that you will have this hard desire of being successful in the chosen career, in which you are interested. In order to motivate yourself to do great stuff in life these days, you should have some motivational videos to watch or you can read good books about motivation. Also, you should go to social gatherings and meet people in clubs or with whom you are connected. 

Take a walk with friends and watch funny cartoons. Don’t sit behind your desk if you want to motivate yourself. Make sure about positive thoughts. Try not to complain about anything or to think that there is something you are struggling with. Think positively at this moment and not about the outside world. Always check your motivation in the mirror, because they say that you need to remind yourself about all that you are doing and what is important in life. 

Remember those you are important and you are worth everything that you can be. I have already written a short piece about a few helpful quotes. Feelings change and life changes and you should always be ready to adapt to changing times and conditions.

4. How to Have Fun During Day:



Yes, sometimes you don’t have time to play or watch funny comedies or do your favorite hobbies. But sometimes you will find lots of moments to have fun and to laugh with your friends during those days. Try to have some fun activities with your friends and spend some time with your family. Of course, do it in a cool atmosphere and try not to disturb anyone. 

There is no harm in sitting with your friends in a cafĂ©, watching hilarious cartoons on Netflix, or playing games and spending a lot of time together with your family, so go for it. My best recommendation is to watch some Disney cartoons. After watching all of them you will find yourself laughing, thinking, and trying to solve difficult problems. So it would be good to choose a movie. One of my favorites is called “The Incredibles”. You can’t imagine me having a child with Ralph Mcgarvey. At the same time, I love to watch a Pixar movie about dancing penguins, it’s fun and I love to watch it again and again. Nowadays it is often seen at cultural festivals or cinema theatres.
